 Welcome to Style Groovaz Crew's page! Click on the buttons to navigate the website The Family  Republic Polytechnic’s Hip Hop IG is made up of Republicans who share a common passion for Hip Hop Dance. Be it B-boying (also known as Break-Dancing) or hip hop dance moves, the IG has wowed the school with a wide range of dance moves since 2004. What sets the IG apart from the other dance crews is its primary focus on B-boying. The IG hopes to offer opportunities for passionate individuals who put in their best shot for what they believe in. Dance Exhibition
Requirements: Dancers who display exquisite technique and control in dance. Dancers need to go through a round of audition with Zaini before deciding whether are they eligible for the photo shoot. There will be a photographer during the photo shoot and Zaini will direct the photo shoot. Dates: 6th or 8th april Venue: TRCC LAB 1C Interested candidates please tell me lastest by tomorrow 10am. Mass Dance
This year’s Orientation Program for Year 1s will take place from 12-14 Apr 2010. Jam ‘n’ Hop element will be on 14th April (Wed) and it will be held on the Lawn. The key feature for this year’s Orientation program will be a mass dance directed and conducted by Zaini. There will be a rehearsal on Monday, 29 March and Tuesday, 30 March during the stipulated time below:

Updates!
SGC T-SHIRT
Jam and Hop Details Bboys will be collaborating with Modern Dance while Hiphop will be collaborating with ISF singers. Bboys:

Note: I still need male dancers to dance for the Hiphop segment. Please do tell if you are interested asap. All previews should be done by 31st March. The sectional rehearsal will take place on 7-9 April. Onsite rehearsal in the Lawn on 12-13 April. Actual performance day will be on 14 April. Chalet People who are coming for the chalet have to pay $20 each for the place we're staying. We will be collecting more on the day itself for the food. At the same time we will be collecting IG fund, $5 per person in each month. Money will be passed to Sanjit. Workshops Emcess and presenters:

SGC Chalet!

5th March lesson
Benjy will be taking over tomorrow's hiphop lesson, 5pm. Lesson will be held at TRCC Conference Room, for those who don't know where is it, please meet outside Studio 1 and we'll bring you there.
